Training Drone for under $40?

The Holy Stone HS170 Predator is touted as a good drone for flight training. At this price it would be replaceable if the unexpected were to happen. Just under a 10min flight time and 1hr recharging time allows for plenty of time to review the FAA guidelines in between practice flights. But grabbing a couple extra spare batteries is not a bad idea either.
